To get all items in Original Mode, complete training mode on all difficulty settings.

Bonus Room
To access the Bonus Room you must complete the game without killing any of the hostages or allowing any hostages to be killed.

Free Play
Complete training mode with all five red stars. Then, complete boss mode with all five stars, get 2 stars in Fight All mode then the 'continue' option will change to 'free play'.

Napalm Gun and Sub Machine Gun
At the very beginning, before you enter the room to see 'G', the camera moves to 3 zombies far away. Shoot all 3 with perfect head shots for the napalm Gun. At the beginning of chapter 2, shoot the zombie off the car, then shoot the van doors before they open and a sub-machine gun will fall out.

Score Display
At the main menu, press Left, Left, Right, Right, Right, Left, Right, Start on a standard controller or light gun D-pad. If you entered the code correctly, a '0' score will appear at the top left portion of the screen.

Shoot the Rat
When you see the rats in chapter 3, shoot at them and they will take you to a bonus item.
