Big Heads
At the 'Black Box' logo, hold L + R and press B, A, B, Y on controller D (the one in the fourth controller slot). The phrase 'Oh Black Box Baby' will be said to confirm you entered the code correctly. This will initiate 'Big Head Mode'.

Black Box Team
When the game is starting up, at the 'Black Box' screen, hold L + R (Note, controller you are doing this with must be in port D). Then, press B, B, X. If code is preformed correctly you will hear a voice say, 'Oh Black Box Baby'.
